We began focusing on direct to consumer fulfillment solutions over 14years ago and have extensive expertiseserving the direct selling, subscriptionand ecommerce channels. Our business-to-consumer solutions account for 70% of our total revenue. Today, Amware specializes in high-volume, direct-to-consumer order fulfillment services, shipping more than 14,000,000 consumer orders annually. Our national fulfillment warehouse network will provide FLEXthe optionofa 1-2day delivery to 98% of the U.S. population. Additionally, Amware operates a business-to-business channel, shipping to retailers,large and small. We provide an OmniChannel logistic service, managing both B2B and B2C shipments from the same warehouse and customer inventory on the same ERP system.
