eJOOV is a third party logistics (3PL) provider focused on, but not limited to:
• Reverse logistics for retail eCommerce. Customer returns received at eJOOV are quality checked and categorized, with services including product rework, repackaging, kitting, storage, liquidation, and disposal.
• Full-service customized fulfillment with multiple B2C and B2B service levels.
• Subscription and kitting services are a core competency. The eJOOV team can manage the process from end to end.
• Organic Food fulfillment services including cold storage. Facilities are FDA compliant.
• Apparel industry fulfillment has unique requirements. We have processes in place to handle the inventory and orders accurately.
• Leveraging environmentally responsible packaging whenever possible. We can also help you source and design a variety of packaging options including branded products.
• Strong technology backbone is core to our model. We have powerful customer portals for both fulfillment and returns processing. We make sure you have access to the data you need to see.
• Experienced customer service team, in the warehouse, ready to help with a can-do attitude.
• We understand customers have unique needs so we conform to you versus you conforming to us.
