Resurge is the second fulfillment company founded by Adam Napoli and Brian Kirst. After 20+ years of successfully partnering at five different organizations, Adam and Brian launched Total Reliance in 2014. In just three years, Total Reliance went from a concept to volumes of over 15,000 orders/day in 2017. This rapid success led to Total Reliance being acquired in 2017 by BEST Logistics (NYSE:BEST) an Alibaba backed logistics and technology company based in Hang Zhou, China. Adam and Brian have re-entered the order fulfillment space with Resurge. Operating in New Jersey and Nevada, the team led by Adam and Brian will focus on the core competencies that helped them achieve their previous rapid success – superior customer service, flexible fulfillment processes, technology optimization, and cost-effective solutions. Resurge itself is only a few years old, but the founders recently sold their previous company (Total Reliance) to Best Logistics. Prior to that they were part of the original team at Capacity.
