Define the First Win
If we both agree there's a fit, we'll send you a Statement of Work (SOW) — usually within a couple of days.
- We'll reframe back what we've heard so we're aligned on the problem to solve.
- The first project is tightly scoped — often 4–6 weeks — so we can deliver tangible impact quickly.
- Typical first engagements include audits, RFPs, automation builds, or focused operational projects.
The goal is to create early momentum while laying the groundwork for bigger results.
Onboard with Clarity
Once we kick off, you'll know exactly how we'll work together:
- We'll hold an onboarding session at our cost to confirm communication channels, access needs, and milestone tracking.
- You'll meet your core team — usually a lead consultant and an analyst, with additional experts brought in as needed.
- We'll agree on cadence for updates — whether that's Slack, Teams, email, or standing calls.
We believe the best projects are built on transparency and clear expectations.
Deliver & Teach
Throughout the project, we'll keep you informed, involved, and in control:
- Regular progress updates, tailored to your preferred style.
- Honest check-ins if scope needs to shift — and clear options for how to proceed.
- A "Do With You" approach that not only solves the problem but helps your team understand why and how we got there.
